Warranty conditions
The warranty on Adaptis products is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The protection extends to:
- Device body;
- Cable connection elements.
If defects are discovered within the warranty period, we will promptly organize free repair or replacement in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
The warranty for Starlink terminals and devices is provided in accordance with the terms specified by the manufacturer. Detailed terms and conditions can be found at the link .
Account creation and first launch
We provide full account support and assistance services, and will be happy to advise you at every stage of using satellite communication.
When connecting for the first time, we recommend using these instructions and offer assistance in correctly activating and starting the system so that everything works the first time.

How to request warranty service
- Write or call our support service at +380731690044 or by email at service@adaptis.com.
- Please provide the serial number of the device or provide a document with the order number.
- Agree with the manager how to transfer the equipment for diagnostics or repair.
When the warranty is void
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or operation.
- Unauthorized interference with the device.
- Wear and tear from natural use.
- External influences (mechanical damage, moisture exposure, overheating, etc.).
