We ship adapted Starlink equipment across all of Ukraine (except temporarily occupied territories) via Nova Poshta. For international orders, we use Nova Poshta and international shipping services.

Shipping is free for all orders placed through the Adaptis website.

Currently, two Starlink plans are available in Ukraine: Roam and Residential. Most of our customers use the Roam plan, which is available in two options: the standard plan (100 GB) for $50 per month and the Unlimited plan for $95 per month. It is not possible to pay only for individual days of use — the billing period is always one month. However, there is an important detail: if you reactivate the plan in the middle of the month, Starlink will charge you proportionally for the remaining days until the end of your billing cycle. This means you will pay less for the first partial month after activation.

You can also pause your plan. Recently, the pause policy has changed — it is no longer free. Instead of fully freezing the account, a maintenance mode is now available for about $5 per month. This includes a small amount of data (around 5 GB) and reduced speeds. It allows the terminal to remain connected to the network, receive updates, and quickly return to full speed whenever you need it.
