In 2026, the Starlink tariff line in Ukraine is designed to meet the needs of any user. You can choose both a basic option for the home in case of power outages, and solutions for large offices, volunteer hubs or field work, traveling in a motorhome. Such a choice allows you to get high-speed and stable communication, paying only for those functions and data volumes that the user really needs.
In addition, most tariffs allow you to flexibly manage your subscription: change the terms or suspend the service when there is no need for an Internet connection.
How to choose the optimal tariff for your needs?
To choose the ideal tariff for yourself, you should pay attention to the following aspects:
- Where do you plan to use Starlink? First of all, determine whether the terminal will be fixed to one address (for example, home or office), or whether you plan to use it on the road or even use it on the high seas. Fixed tariffs are cheaper, but tied to a specific location, while mobile ones give complete freedom.
- Data Priority This is a key difference between the personal and business plans. Business plans have priority access to the network, so speeds remain consistently high even during heavy loads.
- Data volume If you plan to download a lot or watch videos in high quality, it is better to choose full unlimited. If you need the Internet as a backup option for instant messengers, a tariff with limited data volume will suffice.
If you are not sure which tariff to choose, contact our subscriber department (Telegram contact) — we will help you choose the best option for your needs. You can also arrange a subscription fee of 3 months or more through us. We completely take control of the entire process: we make payment, activation and support, and also provide consultations on all issues related to the subscription fee.

How do the tariffs differ?
All Starlink tariff plans are divided into two groups: for private users and for businesses. The main difference between them is the mobility of the device and the priority of network access.
Below we have detailed the main features of each tariff.
1. "Traveling" tariff
The tariff that we recommend to our clients, because it provides high-speed Internet on the move. It is ideal for those who often have to work on the road, travel or move by car, motorhome, boat, yacht. The main advantage is the ability to take the terminal with you anywhere (all you need is an open sky). With the "Traveler" tariff, you get full coverage throughout the country, including inland waterways.
This rate provides maximum flexibility: you can put the service on hold or pause, paying only for the time you travel.
This tariff has two options: "Roaming 100 GB" and "Roaming Unlimited" .
The first option is an ideal solution for those who need high-quality communication during periodic trips or as a backup method of communication. The "Roaming 100 GB" tariff provides a fixed amount of data, after which the user is automatically transferred to unlimited but with a lower speed, which is enough for sending messages and making calls.
Instead, the “Nomadic Unlimited” option is designed for those who need fast connectivity on the go all the time. There are no restrictions with it, allowing you to freely stream video, make video calls, or download large files anywhere in the country or continent where Starlink coverage is available. However, when calculating the maximum speed, it is important to consider the bandwidth of the terminal itself, as different models have different technical capabilities. For example, the Starlink Mini model has lower bandwidth and is less suitable for professional streams compared to Gen 3.
The main advantage of the “Roaming Unlimited” tariff is that it works even in the open sea (approximately 22.2 kilometers from the coast). To do this, you need to activate the “Ocean” mode. It not only removes territorial restrictions, but also provides higher priority in the network.
2. "Home" tariff
This tariff is stationary (it is tied to an address and cannot be used on vehicles) and also has two options : "Home" and "Home Lite" : both are unlimited, differing only in speed priority level and price.
"Home" tariff delivers maximum performance with typical download speeds of up to 400+ Mbps (upload 20–40 Mbps) and unlimited data, making it ideal for comfortable gaming, video calling, and streaming in the highest quality even during peak hours.
In turn, "Home Lite" is more optimal for users with lower needs: it also offers full unlimited, but with slightly lower download speed (from 80 to 200 Mbps) and upload speed (15–35 Mbps). It is important to note that during peak hours, the speed in the Lite tariff may be lower compared to the regular plan, but the user has the opportunity to switch to the standard "Home" tariff at any time.
Both tariffs are a good solution in today's conditions, when power outage schedules are in effect, because Starlink can be used as an additional method of communication. In this case, the user depends only on the power source of the terminal itself, and not on the provider's capabilities.
3. Business tariffs and "Priority"
For businesses and users with the highest connectivity requirements, there are separate service plans — "Local Priority" and "Global Priority."
Both options offer:
- public IP address for professional network settings
- detailed telemetry dashboard
- priority support 24/7
- use in traffic up to 724 km/h
These plans provide maximum flexibility, allowing you to choose a basic data volume and expand it in 50 GB or 500 GB blocks as needed.
The Local Priority tariff is aimed at professional use within one country, including inland waters (rivers and lakes). It provides high-speed access for offices or mobile objects on land, allowing the use of the service outside the country of registration of the terminal for up to 60 consecutive days within one region. This is the optimal solution for territorial businesses, where the price of additional data blocks depends on the local market, and one terminal is connected to one service line.
The Global Priority tariff is the ultimate solution for the maritime sector and international corporations, operating anywhere on the planet, including the open ocean. Unlike the Local Priority tariff, it covers the entire globe without restrictions on territorial waters, and the cost of additional data remains fixed regardless of the user's location. In addition, this tariff allows you to combine a maximum of two Starlink terminals, provided that they operate on the same vehicle, vessel or building.
How to connect the Starlink tariff?
To connect the tariff, you need to take the following steps:
- Start activation. Go to the official Starlink activation page. Enter your device ID (KIT number, which is indicated on the packaging of your Adaptis order) and click "New Account".
- Select location and tariff. On the next page, enter the name of your city and click "Search". The system will automatically show the available tariff types for your region. Choose the one that suits you best.
- Ordering. Fill in the data for account registration. In the "Account Address" field, it is important to first indicate the house number, and then the street name in Latin letters. In the "State/Province" field, simply duplicate the name of your city or region. Click "Update Account Address."
- Payment and contact details. Enter your current email and bank details. Be sure to enter the cardholder's last name and first name in Latin letters, as in the banking application. Click "Place order" and confirm the debiting of funds in your bank.
- Access settings. After successful payment, you will receive three emails from Starlink. Find the email with a link to create a password and set it to access your personal account.
- Starting the equipment. Connect your Starlink terminal to power and wait 15–20 minutes. The device needs time to contact the satellites and update the software. If everything is done correctly, the status will change to Online in the application or in your personal account.
How to change the tariff?
More recently, Starlink has made the process of switching from one tariff to another more flexible.
Previously, when changing from a cheaper tariff to a more expensive one, you had to pay extra for the remaining days, and this transition took place instantly. However, switching from a more expensive tariff to a cheaper one was only possible with the start of a new billing period.
Now users have a choice: switch to another tariff immediately (it will be activated within 2 hours) or from the date of the next billing period.
What needs to be done for this?
- Open the Starlink app
- Go to the "Subscription" section and click on the "Service Plan" tab.
- Go to the "Change tariff" page - all available options will appear there
- Choose a tariff and click the "Continue" button.
- Next, you need to choose when the tariff should be renewed (now or from the next billing period)
- It is important to note that if you plan to switch from a more expensive tariff to a cheaper one a few days before the payment date, the remaining funds will not be refunded. Therefore, we recommend waiting for the next billing period to avoid losing your funds.
