This year, Adaptis served as the official technology partner for the Kyiv Car Fest. As with any major event, much depends on what happens behind the scenes, as every beautiful location is underpinned by the precise coordination of dozens of processes simultaneously. Our main task at Kyiv Car Fest was to set up high-speed internet across the entire venue and ensure quality communication and smooth operation of services for organizers, participants, and guests.
What technological solutions did we implement?
An event of this scale requires fast and stable internet, as regular connections often fail when thousands of people use the network simultaneously. The event was designed for over 55,000 visitors, so to ensure uninterrupted internet, we installed 9 Starlink Mini terminals throughout the venue.
Adaptis satellite systems fully met the need for quality communication for the entire team working at the event. Stable internet allowed for real-time coordination of workflows, prompt resolution of current tasks, and fast processing of cashless payments on-site. Our specialists constantly monitored connection status, so all festival services operated smoothly and without technical delays throughout the day. This experience proved that mobile satellite technologies are the best solution for providing critical infrastructure at mass events.
A pleasant meeting with our client
In addition to setting up equipment and full network control, we spent this weekend with great pleasure, communicating with festival guests. A very pleasant surprise for us was meeting our client, Daniel, right at the Kyiv Car Fest venue.
Previously, together with our partners from the Automod car service, we implemented a custom project for him and installed an Adaptis car kit. Our synergy with Automod allowed for the integration to be as aesthetically pleasing and reliable as possible.
We didn't miss the opportunity to chat and asked Daniel about his experience using this communication system in real-world conditions when internet is needed on the road, regardless of external circumstances or mobile operator coverage.
He shared his long-term usage experience, evaluated signal stability at high speeds, data transfer rates, and the overall autonomy of our solution. Daniel noted that the equipment fully meets his work needs during long trips across Ukraine and allows him to stay in the loop even in places where there is no phone service. We were extremely pleased to hear positive feedback about our joint work, and Daniel's detailed response can be seen on our social media.

Participating in Kyiv Car Fest as a technology partner was a great experience for the entire Adaptis team and a serious test of our solutions in practice. Large-scale events of this level always demonstrate the real value of technology.
This first experience inspired us to make big plans: we are already analyzing the results and beginning preparations to return to the festival next year with new, even more technological and powerful satellite communication solutions.
