If you are holding a box with a terminal in your hands, it means you are one step closer to stable communication even in the most remote corners of the planet. Let's start the setup together!
What is needed to activate the device:
1. Name and surname
2. Phone number (+380…)
3. Current email
4. Bank details (card number, expiration date MM/YY, CVV)
5. $95 on the card to activate the "Traveling - Unlimited" tariff
Creating an account through the starlink.com website
1. Go to the terminal activation page . Enter your device ID and click "New Account" .
The identifier is the KIT number (the letters must be in Latin) , which you will find on the packaging of your Adaptis order.
2. On the next page, you need to select a service address. Enter your city and click "Search" . After this action, available tariffs will be unlocked for you, select the "Travel" tariff (for using Starlink on the move) .
3. Next, to activate, you need to select the "Roaming 50 GB" or "Roaming Unlimited" tariff.
Advice from Adaptis:
We recommend choosing unlimited, because when you run out of the 50 GB tariff in the first option, each subsequent GB must be purchased for $2.50.
4. The next step is to place an order. Enter all the necessary data (lines 2 and 3 are optional) . In the first line "Account Address" , first enter the house number, and then the street name (must be entered in English). In the "State" item, duplicate the name of the city.
Click "Update account address" .
6. Enter your contact information and (carefully) bank details. Your first and last name (as on your card) must be in Latin letters. Click "Place order" and confirm the payment in the bank application.

After the funds are debited, you will receive three emails from Starlink. One of them contains a link to set a password for your account.
Advice from Adaptis:
Create a new password that is not used on other sites and platforms. Share your account login details with a trusted person (access to the email you used for activation and password).
Next, connect your Starlink terminal to power and wait about 15 minutes. If all the steps were performed correctly, it will go online.
Creating an account through the Starlink app
1. Download the Starlink app to your phone via the App Store or Google Play.
2. Connect the terminal to power.
3. Connect to your Starlink's Wi-Fi (it may be called STARLINK, STINKY, Adaptis SK0000 — your order number) .
4. Wait for Starlink to connect to the satellites (this process can take up to 15 minutes) .
5. After that, the interface will display the message "No active subscription" . Click "More" and "Activate Starlink" .
6. The application redirects to the activation page.
Next, we follow the same algorithm as when activating via the website.
Starlink terminal setup
1. Find a location with a clear view of the sky. Use the “Check for Obstacles” tool in the Starlink app to find a location that will provide the best connection.
2. Connect Starlink to power.
3. Within a few minutes, your Starlink will connect to the satellites.
Starlink Standard Gen 2 and Starlink High Performance automatically align to find satellites. They do not need to be manually adjusted.
For Starlink Standard Gen 3 and Starlink Mini, use the "Aiming" tool in the app to best position Starlink to connect to satellites.
