Adaptis is on the Forbes Next 250 list

In July 2025, we became part of the Forbes Next 250 list — a list of the most promising small and medium-sized companies in Ukraine.

This project from Forbes Ukraine for the third year in a row reveals new names - companies that do not belong to large business groups, but already today influence the economy, culture and infrastructure of the country. This year, the Forbes editorial team chose from more than 800 candidates . For us, being among them is a great honor and at the same time a responsibility.

What is Forbes Next 250?

Next 250 is not just a rating. It is a kind of index of young Ukrainian businesses - flexible, resilient, and able to scale despite any circumstances.
All companies are presented as equal examples of development, team strength and faith in the future. The selection is based on several criteria:

• product innovation;
• promising direction;
• team;
• reputation and transparency;
• Scaling potential.

This year's Forbes issue was also visually special. The cover of the magazine was designed by Ukrainian artist Waone (Volodymyr Manzhos), the author of iconic Kyiv murals, a participant in exhibitions in New York, and a designer of Hermès window displays in Japan. His composition, created especially for Forbes, is a symbolic canvas full of details, just like the landscape of Ukrainian business today.

How Adaptis began

Our product appeared as a response to the request of the World Central Kitchen team, which has been working in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. They needed reliable and mobile mounts for Starlink during humanitarian missions. During the testing of the first samples, it became clear that such solutions are needed by a much wider range of people and organizations — both in Ukraine and around the world. In early 2023, we realized: it was time to create a separate project that would expand the scenarios for Starlink use and make it truly effective — both for the defense sector and for civilian applications.

The path from the beginning of 2023 to today

We adapt, service and install Starlink systems on transport, ensuring stable communication in the most difficult conditions and wherever it is really needed. During this time, our team has grown to 40 people. We have fulfilled about 15,000 orders , and our kits are working in more than 10 countries around the world.

We were the first in Ukraine to adapt Starlink Mini for use in transport in 2024. We provided the first repair service for new Starlink generations, such as Starlink Mini, Starlink Gen 3, etc.

We are trusted by the Defense Forces, international humanitarian missions, including the UN and the Red Cross. And thanks to cooperation with Winncom, we managed to provide free Wi-Fi on Intercity trains using adapted terminals.
In January 2025, we presented our developments at the international Boot Düsseldorf exhibition, and over the past six months we have opened companies in the USA and Europe.

For us, it's more than a mention in a magazine

Forbes Next 250 is not just a nice moment. It's a reminder that the path we've chosen is important not only for us. We're not building "another project," but a systemic solution that already helps a large number of people stay connected - where it really matters.
